The Bruce Restaurant & Lounge in Cambridge has become a showcase for cosmopolitan dining and creative dishes by the internationally renowned Chef, Garry Wiffin.

The late Bruce Brett was the visionary behind our hotel concept, and by partnering with local business owners, Jason Castellan, Martin Castellan, and Roy Jason Ashdown of Skyline Incorporated, the idea became a reality.
